Berry Smoothie Bowl

BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

1 c mixed berries (frozen)

1 c coconut milk or almond milk

3 tbsp oats

1 banana

1 handful spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

3 dates (be aware, FODMAPpers, this bothers some people’s tummies)

Blend and enjoy!
Top with: almonds, kiwi, coconut flakes, bananas, etc.
