1. Fresh, organic Romaine Lettuce
Campari tomatoes
Carrots
Italian Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette
Organic, free-range boneless/skinless chicken breast
2. Allow chicken to absorb olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a plastic bag
3. Sautee in a pan until all chicken pieces are golden brown, add a little chicken broth to enhance flavor
4. Let cook for 5 more minutes; place over bed of greens and veggies
