GF Berry Crumble

INSPIRED BY MY FAVORITE FOOD BLOGGER EVER: ELLA WOODWARD
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 1/2 c rolled oats
- 3/4 c ground walnuts or almonds (blitz chopped walnuts or almonds in the blender)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 c raspberries
- 2 tbsp + 3 tbsp maple syrup
SIMPLE STEPS:
- Bake the bananas and berries with 2 tbsp maple syrup glazed over them at the bottom of a baking dish for 10 minutes at 400F
- Make your crumble! Mix together oats, walnuts (you can grind them up in a blender), 3 tbsp maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Heat coconut oil on the stove and stir in cinnamon.
- Pour together and mix the crumble
- Spread over the berries and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Enjoy the yummy smells and deliciousness! Serve with your favorite ice cream or berry sorbet.
