GF Berry Crumble

 

INSPIRED BY MY FAVORITE FOOD BLOGGER EVER: ELLA WOODWARD

ALL YOU NEED

  • 1  1/2 c rolled oats
  • 3/4 c ground walnuts or almonds (blitz chopped walnuts or almonds in the blender)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 c raspberries
  • 2 tbsp + 3 tbsp maple syrup

SIMPLE STEPS:

  1. Bake the bananas and berries with 2 tbsp maple syrup glazed over them at the bottom of a baking dish for 10 minutes at 400F
  2. Make your crumble! Mix together oats, walnuts (you can grind them up in a blender), 3 tbsp maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Heat coconut oil on the stove and stir in cinnamon.
  4. Pour together and mix the crumble
  5. Spread over the berries and bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the yummy smells and deliciousness! Serve with your favorite ice cream or berry sorbet.
