BONAPPETITLIFE’S 12 DAYS OF FODMAP

3 Paleo Berry Chia Puddings

Makes 3 servings:

  • 2 c coconut milk
  • 1/3 c chia seeds
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Garnish with nuts, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes. I also added raspberry preserves! Add any of your favorite

  1. Whisk all ingredients well until coconut milk is a bit frothy.
  2. Pour into cups, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Garnish and ENJOY!
