BONAPPETITLIFE’S 12 DAYS OF FODMAP
3 Paleo Berry Chia Puddings
Makes 3 servings:
- 2 c coconut milk
- 1/3 c chia seeds
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Garnish with nuts, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes. I also added raspberry preserves! Add any of your favorite
- Whisk all ingredients well until coconut milk is a bit frothy.
- Pour into cups, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and ENJOY!
