NAKED OAT PB BARS

Low FODMAP, no bake, protein-rich snack!

  • Heat 1 c peanut butter and 1/3 c maple syrup until creamy (stovetop or microwave 30 seconds)
  •  Mix with 2 cups rolled oats, sprinkle on cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • Spread in baking dish, top with more melted Peanut Butter
  • Freeze for 1 hr or refrigerate overnight.

Good for a week in the fridge!
Hint: use freshly ground peanut butter for best results (Whole Foods!)
