Low FODMAP, gluten-free spaghetti noodle substitute: ZOODLES! These are so yummy and easy to make.
Ready in 10 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
Zucchini (1 per serving)
Marinara sauce (would recommend my homemade marinara for low FODMAPPERS!)
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Serve with baked chicken (Shake in a plastic bag: chicken coated with olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil. Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes)
Directions:
1. Spiralize (with a Vegetti) zucchini (I don’t have a Vegetti, so I just sliced it thinly, you can also use a cheese grater)
2. Sautee in olive oil, salt and pepper for 5 minutes, medium heat
3. Add marinara on top as desired, allow to cook for 5 more minutes for so on medium-high heat.
