And a little kale, tofu, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and brown rice 🙂
Teriyaki Tofu Kale Wraps
SO yummy and ready in 10 minutes! Great as leftovers and lunch, too!
Ingredients:
Soft tofu
Teriyaki Sauce
Brown Rice
Sesame seeds
Kale
(THAT’S IT!)
- Prepare brown rice as stated on package.
- Cut soft tofu into slices and place in pan, medium-high heat.
- Add ¼ c Teriyaki sauce and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
- Cook on low-medium heat for 10 minutes each side, allowing teriyaki sauce to absorb on both sides.
- Place on top of rice—yum!
