Teriyaki tofu kale wraps

all you need is LOVE

And a little kale, tofu, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, and brown rice 🙂

Teriyaki Tofu Kale Wraps

SO yummy and ready in 10 minutes! Great as leftovers and lunch, too!

Ingredients:

Soft tofu

Teriyaki Sauce

Brown Rice

Sesame seeds

Kale

(THAT’S IT!)

  1. Prepare brown rice as stated on package.
  2. Cut soft tofu into slices and place in pan, medium-high heat.
  3. Add ¼ c Teriyaki sauce and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
  4. Cook on low-medium heat for 10 minutes each side, allowing teriyaki sauce to absorb on both sides.
  5. Place on top of rice—yum!
