Ingredients:
Turkey deli meat
Cooked quinoa
Spinach
Mozzarella
Olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice (optional), and balsamic glaze.
Roll turkey up with mozzarella, spinach, and quinoa inside.
Pan sear in olive oil and splash on lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve over quinoa or greens and drizzle with balsamic drizzle glaze! : )
